You don't remember all of the people complaining that they somehow couldn't open 5 gates in a day?
Then they lowered the requirements and in result the rewards too.
(Despite dailys not disappearing)

The only dailies that pay out are the Mors Ambitio, just mori 1 survivor and get 60,000 BP.

Good question. For starters, the daily part of it wasn't attainable for a lot of people. If you play several hours each day, sure, you could keep up with it. But if you maybe only played two or three matches per day, there's no way you'd be able to. Beyond that, five gates is a tall order, especially when there's multiple people grinding away at it. You'd go running to gate only to find someone else already opening it, run to the other, someone's there too. And you have to do five of them.
This way, anyone can do them and have a reasonable chance of completing their daily ritual in a day.

Is there any chance we could see a rework to dailies? I usually get dailies for killers or survivors that I never play and I ignore them.

So why not tweak the obviously most egregious one instead of just removing the whole lot of them? The exit gate is the most extreme example, but the rest were not that difficult to accomplish in a few matches.

It would be cool if you could choose to "upgrade" to the old version if you pressed a button when you first got it. That way both sides could be happy!

There can be daylies and there can be weeklies. Weeklies are like 5 rituals that give you lots of bloodpoints and some iridescent shards (idk about that one).

@Peanits You also still had the option of rerolling the dailies and you don't even HAVE to complete them in a day. Technically, you have almost 4 days and even then, you are only just missing out on new dailies.
Even the people who only play "two or three matches a day" still had options.

Only if you are trying to do them all at once for some reason, but you don't need to because you have several days to complete one. You have forever, technically, unless you don't want to miss out on more dailies.

That's the point though. If you can't do them all at once and spend several days working on one, you aren't making progress on the other ones. If they take you a couple days as well, they'll stack up really fast.
The point of a daily ritual is to be done in one day. A lot of people couldn't keep up with it, so that sorta' defeats the daily part of it.

And why don't you make the daylies like:
I know, my drawing skills are awesome. And the bp amount are just an example.
This way you can do the daily you want and some of them you can do it simultaneously with others generic rituals like the chases ones.

@Peanits It's not necessary to get the daily done everyday, if you can't keep up with the ritual, you can just delete the one you don't like and stick with the others, it doesn't much a problem though.
But I do agree that back then daily is kinda too much to ask for but it's challenging, well rewarded with bloodpoint and people like it. I play average 4 days a week 2 hours per session and don't have anything against ritual content at the moment but it's quite a minimum amount in my opinion.
For example, instead of opening 1 gate, change to 3 gates - 95k BP. Down people with 4 chainsaw hits change to 10 hits - 75k BP. Sabo 2 hooks change to sabo 6 hooks - 65k BP. Get chased for 120s change to 180s - 85k BP... (I don't think the game should double the mori daily though lol). It feels much rewarded and still quite challenging to do.
