Perk review #3- Distortion
Choose, EXPLAIN, introduce an idea regarding your choice.
Situation: Only allows 3 tokens without chance to regain any/ perk is weak because of this.

Distoriton is good perk, problem is that it needs more tokens to be worth picking.
Like the ammout of aura reading abilities (add-ons, perks) are so many that you can easy and fast lose tokens.

I'd say a QOL would be better. Start with no tokens but be able to gain tokens each time you evade the killer. Or since we have already 2 perks that work with gaining tokens in the TR, do it like that, but start at 0 tokens

Buffed. I don't think it's a bad perk but not a great one either.
The only thing I'd add is a way to regain tokens, something like Stake Out. I dunno, "for every 45 seconds you are in the killer's terror radius, you regain one token". As said above, there are some perks or add-ons that can eat up your tokens extremely fast. And just giving more tokens from the start could make it a bit broken. Regaining them slowly but safely would be my best bet in regards of a buff.

Distortion is a very strong perk as it is. It does not need to be changed. You are informed when a token is lost (i.e. you can figure out and modify your play style to the killer's aura reading abilities). I think that people are wanting a buff because it isn't a meta perk, which honestly is more about the meta perks than about distortion.

I hit nerf on accident. It just needs buff. If it didn’t have the tokens or a way to gain tokens back would make it great

It's an okay perk. 3 tokens are definetly few (and being able to regain them would be nice) but if used for the information they give rather than the direct effect, it's a very valuable perk.

It needs a change. Not to make it broken, but just to make it more useful. Either:
- more tokens
- a way to get more tokens
- a way to make tokens more useful
One of these things needs to be added/changed. That's it.

It doesn't need more tokens, plain and simple. It gives you limited uses to avoid aura reading perks.
What it isn't meant to do is make you permanently immune to every aura reading perk. That would just be disgustingly strong.
You see a token drop when the killer gets a hook? Great, you KNOW BBQ is up, so hide in a locker, that's 1 token to never be detected by BBQ.
Similarly, use any of the tokens to work out what perks the killer is using, and you should be able to avoid, block, or predict that happening.
It could use some additional benefit, but it definitely should not get more/recoverable tokens.

Fully agree. The only change it needs is clarity regarding which aura-reading abilities it blocks.
