How do I go about presenting a chapter suggestion

I see alot of chapter idea's but I'm not sure should I myself work out the killers ability,perks, and survivor. Also I don't want the dev's not think it's ok to use one of these idea's and feel if it's some type of copyright payment I'm after it's ok dev's use my idea's if their good enough 👍

You could go to fan creations, there are a lot of people who submit their ideas there
