What are best perks for freddy?

So i have been playing for quite a while now and am currently maining freddy for my killer, i think my build is good but id like some more suggestions!
Current build: bbq and chili, Devour hope, ruin and save the best for last

My most powerfull build would be Pop goes the weasel, surveillance, Thrilling tremors, Thanatophobia. It gives you incredible map control if you play your teleport right and fake it out at right times.

Pop goes the weasel, Thrilling Tremors, BBQ, and Save the best for last is my current build and works perfectly for me!
