Addon "Standards"

So since Nurse is getting updated so her addons meet the standards that BHVR have set (4 common, 5 uncommon, 5 rare, 4 very rare and 2 ultra rare) will Bubba be getting the same treatment?

Bubba's distribution is 3 common, 9 uncommon, 5 rare, 2 very rare and 0 ultra rare addons. That's with me counting both the Chili upgrades which have little to no effect.
