Generator Repair speed should be dynamic and should be different for different killers.
Based on huge amount of data you guys have collected you can probably estimate the right amount of repair speed for each killer and during the game depending on how fast the gens are being repaired grant either a negative or a positive change in speed to give some form of reprive to..
There is no fun in playing any of chase killers if you cross a level 70 you get matched with experienced players i dont want to play nurse and huntress every round .. come on its been 2 yerars and killers still dont feel like they are killers.

They're already fast enough to do all gens in 3 minutes so I really wouldn't want gens to be even quicker...
