Biggest changes since June

Ok, hi. I stopped playing just before the release of ghostface and only around a week ago I started playing again and I'm not really in touch with all the changes that have happened since then.
If there's anything worth mentioning, would anyone be kind enough to do it ?

Nurse is getting nerfed.
Freddy got re-worked. Incidentally, Borrowed Time is much weaker on Freddy now.
Dying Light and Left Behind got reworked.
EDIT: Now that the leak earlier is confirmed, insta-heals are getting nerfed.
Stealth Killers (Wraith, Pig, Ghostface) are going to be immune to aura reading perks while stealthing.

To add onto this, the nurse change is going into a ptb to be tested so it is always subject to change.
