New purple insta-heal is now better again certain killers
If you want to heal yourself in a chase, the current version of the purple insta-heal is not useful against killers with insta-down attacks (because they don't care whether you are healthy or injured).
But the new purple insta-heal doesn't heal you but applies the Endurance status (for 15 secs). That means chainsaws, Tier-3-Myers etc. won't down you, if you let yourself hit within these 15 seconds.

My only concern is with how a Killer is supposed to tell whether a Survivor used the Styptic Agent or the Syringe. Because if they used Styptic, you don't want to hit them for a small moment, but if they used Syringe, you DO want to hit them before they heal.

@TAG The killer can't tell. That's it.

That is the same totally skilledbase mindgame Survivors have with Spirit.
The Killer does not know, he has to guess wether he should wait to risk that it was the pink Add-On, or if he should hit directly, which might result in giving a Speedboost.

They should probably have some kind of status hud icon to indicate when a Survivor is passively healing with Syringe (or Second Wind). Like a Deep Wound bar but in reverse.
