So are exclusive items returning i take it?

i.e. when the rift closes. you can never get any of those cosmetics/charms again?

    Only some are exclusive. The others will be released later.

    they said most of the skins will come back after about 6 months in the store. i dont know if that includes charms? i doubt that. and they do say "most"

    Charms will be exclusive to the rift. Other than that I believe everything else will be on the store in 6 months.
