Can some explain what the new insta heal med kits do for both very rare and ultra rare

Very rare- gives you a borrowed time effect for 15 seconds.

Ultra rare- Passively heals you for 8 seconds.

Needle will heal you over time for 8 seconds and won't heal you at all if you get hit or picked up.

Styptic will give you the "Endurance" status effect: Next hit within 15s is ignored. Like Mettle of Man.

Question: If Freddy hits you after you use the very rare do you drop in a few seconds like normal borrowed?

If so Freddy is basically immune to those lol
