It's been MONTHS now that the option for game filters have been broken by various updates.

When will it be flagged to be usable again?

Kinda tired of having to edit config files and use older drivers just to play this game because being color blind ######### sucks with default settings.

I never got it to work. But I would appreciate if I could change some gamma settings. When I play Freddy on crotus penn, I can't see anything inside the building. It's just pitch black. Really unplayable.

Afaik, they're reducing the dream sequence effects for both, survivors and Freddy.

Let's see how that works out.
I don't get why the game is so dark. It's not scary anyway.

I need geforce experience to see on dark maps. My monitor is quite dark by nature and if there is a mist/moonlight offering I have to DC the game. Its pretty sad that there are no ingame options

Exactly! My laptop is really dark, and on that darkest moonlight maps, i can give up the match, because i won´t see survivors unless they run in front of me.

If u could change the lighting of this game or the fog then the offerings wouldn't make sense and basically everyone would put their settings to the lowest for the maximum advantage. Sorry for the fact that you're colorblind but that is no reason to get ''special treatment'' in the game and change up the settings.

Fact is that nvidia freestyle was supported by the devs (and still is if you can trust the nvidia page), it allows you to change exactly these settings.

And just a question, whats the point of playing a game when you cant see anything?
Usually survivors complain abuot killer DCs, but when they use particular offerings, I cant do anything (I have good eyesight btw, just a dark monitor)

I could go afk and let them finish the game, but usually they are toxic shitheads tbagging in front of me afterwards and refusing to leave the game, so I dont go through that trouble and simply DC, devs dont punish DCs anyway

You need to downgrade your version.

I followed this tutorial, and now it works perfectly fine for me.

I did not get it to work either. Not just in this game though. Does not work at all in all games i own. I ended up getting Fraps to show devs the error of their ways with the amount of bugs i was finding. Pallets that would stay up right and block surv paths ect. They dont want pictures so clips shaming them will do.

So being able to actually see someone who stands right in front of you, is now a special advantage and shouldn´t be possible.

    ok then...

Thx for paying attention. I´m not the guy who is colorblind. I´m the one with a laptop that displays the whole game very dark, because of the forced settings.

sorry for the fact that I wrote my first comment like 1 or 2 hrs ago and didn't care about your names. Then buy a monitor or something. You can probably change the display settings. But imagine being able to brighten the ''horror'' game and see the killer or find survivor easier than other people. That'd be kind of bs
