Dedicated Servers Nerfed Ruin
Is anyone else finding that you're able to hit ruin skillchecks way more consistently on the dedicated servers? Some killer hosted lobbies were fine but in others the skill check needle jumped all over the place. It's like night and day for me in terms of consistency between games.

No, things like skill checks are handled on your own client, I believe. Ive never had lag affect my ability to hit skill checks, unless im staring at how much the killer is ping ponging around and it distracts me.

Skillchecks were never affected by the killers ping, it was on your own side.
Nothing has changed for skillchecks with dedicated servers.

You can have a killer with 476 ping and skill check smoothness will remain the same as when you were facing an 80 ping killer (if they even exist)

Where is this confirmed? Maybe you’re right, but I’m seeing a very noticeable difference.

If you play the game, you can litterally observe it yourself. No need to be confirmed.

The point of the post is to say FROM WHAT I OBSERVE, the skillchecks feel more consistent on the dedicated servers. Not sure what your comment is trying to add?

Skillchecks are client based, the devs said so during a stream. So dedicated servers have no impact on the accuracy. Maybe you've just improved and gotten better at hitting them?

I can't confirm nor do I personally know of it being said by devs, but I can for sure tell you that when I've had utterly ridiculous lag, I mean disgusting, should have dropped connection lag, where the killer can hit you from the other side of the map, skill checks work 100% perfectly.
