How do progression slows stack?
Does anyone know how the following progression slows stack?
- Perks like Dying Light and Thanatophobia
- The Mangled status effect (and generator repair slows caused by some Hillbilly addons)
- The 50% slow from being in the Dream World (plus applicable Nightmare addons)
- The 50% Self Care penalty
The question is, do they stack additive (100% speed - 50% from Dream World - 50% from Self Care = 0%) or multiplicativly (100% speed * 50% from Dream World * 50% from Self Care = 25%). Obviously in the above example it's multiplicative (you can make healing progress in the Dream World with Self Care), but how are the penalties stacked? Are there tiers that are summed and then multiplied together (for example, I assume The Nightmare addons are stacked additively with the Dream World slow, i.e. 50% Dream World slow + 25% Swing Chains = 75% total slow = 25% progression. Would that sum be then multiplied with the slow from Dying Light?).
In either case, what is the slowest you can make a heal action be? I assume it would have to be on Freddy, with Swing Chains and Jump Rope for addons, Thanatophobia, Dying Light, and the new Sloppy Butcher for perks, with the survivor in question using Self Care with no med-kit.
Finally, is it possible to reduce a survivor's action speed to 0%?
(I may end up asking this in a future Q&A)
