eror to find a match

why i cant find a match as survivor or killer??iam play in switch...anyone please help me...i turn on my switch at 100% battery and until 50% i didnt play any match :(

    It depends on how many people are playing the game when you are. You need 1 killer and 4 survivors. Being new on switch, im not sure how many people are playing.

    Switch is kind of iffy at the moment, and depending on the time of day, your platform, and your rank bracket... it could really show during the wait times.

    Like for example, if you're playing say... right now at 3PM EST time, and you're on the switch at Grey Rank (That's ranks between like... 16-20) Than you'll have a hard time getting lobby's at all since not many people are at that rank bracket for long, the same goes for Ranks 15-13 for Yellow Ranks, its also hard to get matches there.
