You have a Tremendously higher chance of getting Ranger Medkits from chests

You heal dying survivors 30/40/50% faster and you gain the endurance status effect while healing dying survivors

    That’s too many effects at once. I’d say take out endurance

    No. We have a pharmacy already so this is pointless.
