I've just bought Ghostface (tips and builds)

So I bought the wazzaaap guy and I want to know what builds best suit his playstyle and I would appreciate any tips to get better with him. Also, does anynone use him at red ranks?
My usual killer build is BBQ, Ruin, PGTW, NC

It depends on whether you want to use his stalking ability or not. Your normal build is aimed towards not (ie using it to get in free hits / stronger mindgames). You'd want to switch out one of your perks for a tracking perk of some sort to make use of his stalking (I do NC just because if they're healing it means they were probably unhooked meaning DS anyway): surveillance for knowing a gen is being worked on from further away, whispers to know when to crouch while at the start / hunting near the end.

He's one of my mains at red ranks. I run Discordance, Sloppy, Nurse's, and Ruin with double power recovery add ons. Some other good perks are Make Your Choice, I'm All Ears (incredibly underrated), Surveillance (synergizes with Pop or Surge), and Thanat. Side note on I'm All Ears: Imagine having wall hacks for 6 seconds without a red stain.
Stalking should be done very selectively. Look for angles where you only see a small portion of them to initiate the stalk meter, like a shoulder, elbow, foot, etc. Begin a lean and then tap your movement keys until you can just barely see part of them. Don't try to stalk unless you are certain you can get at least 75% before you get revealed. Don't fail a stalk and lose your shroud at the expense of a basic hit.
My strategy is to spread the love, keep multiple people injured, and stalk/down people off of my tracking perks. Don't overcommit to chases. Use your shroud in chase even if you know you'll get revealed. Survivors will often mess up their pathing because they're trying to center you on their screen. Use this to your advantage for free hits. Take advantage of the lack of red stain at loops.

Just go Ruin, Nurse's Calling, Sloppy Butcher, Thanatophobia and double power recovery add-ons. Don't bother with the stalk and just use the stealth to ambush, mind game and change targets.
