Fixing dcing with pipping

So I have an idea that would help stop toxic DCing..pipping for DC's..but only count the matches u leave not the honest disconnects that actually happen..so u get 3 pips and on the 3rd u get a 30 minute ban 4th is a hour and 5th is 12 or 24 hours. Everyday it renews and once you get to a certain amount of left matches, say 100, you automatically get banned for the 5th pip
