Make perks such as Botany Knowledge, Second Wind, Plunderer's Instinct, and such appear on a teamates UI when near them. Having perks to support people is hardly ever worth it when your teamates don't know you have it, especially Leader that doesn't appear until you start healing someone. Just make it a little tally of perk effects right next to the item so my teamates don't run off.
