Which killer is the best (from newbie to high rank)
I am new here and considering to buy a DLC of the spirit.
Any comments?

I’d recommend watching streams or youtube videos of the killers before buying them so you have an idea if you’d like their playstyle or not.
The best killer is the one you enjoy playing as.

That's totally right. I don't enjoy spirit at all, so i don't play her. I enjoy legion, so i play them.

Spirit. As far as killers go, she’s ez af to play.
Nothing is as scary as a good Nurse but that takes time to master.

Spirit isn't as easy as people say she is, she still requires some practice and good game sense to play correctly. She's only easy when you're already a decent or good killer with other killers. But before that you'll most likely struggle with using her power.
I don't recommend playing as Nurse until, again, you've become a good enough killer to get satisfying results (for you) in most of your games.
I suggest watching Pain_Reliever, his videos helped me a lot when playing as both sides.

Nurse, Spirit, Hag and Billy are the best. For a newbie killer, Billy is the easiest to play.

Nurse is the best killer in the game, but also one of the hardest to learn. Spirit isn't great to start with because of her heavy reliance on game sense and mind games. Personally for a beginner I would recommend Myers, he is easy to get a grasp on, the only downside to him is it can be bad influence relying on insta-downs.

If you're new, spend your opening hours as killer playing one of the m1 killers. Someone like Wraith, Trapper, Billy, etc. to understand the basic 115% movespeed "m1" killer template. Learn how far you can lunge, what part of a fast or a slow vault you can hit a survivor on, and most importantly, learn what looping is and how to mitigate it.
Learn how to play the jungle-gyms, learn to loop shack well, learn which loops are unmindgameable and game-ending, learn which loops are easy to squeeze a hit out of. Once you understand the painful game m1 killers have to suffer through, and once you understand how survivors rely on their main defense mechanism, then you can pick up Spirit.
Spirit essentially initiates an "unsafe loop" mindgame as soon as she stands still, allowing her to subvert survivors' typical defense mechanisms and, through educated guessing, land hits on them. You won't be able to do that until you have the "game sense" to know where survivors will go just by seeing the same surroundings they see.

Well, whats good at high ranks is good at low ranks too.
Learning them early is not a bad idea

I feel you, noobish killer here as well, I started with some m1 to get used to the role, trapper is easy to start... Then I move to huntress adding pressure on the map... Then the twist, I discover how fun is for me to play with survivors mind and now I do main doctor and freddy. Doctor is just a sick killer, not really effective imo but surely the most annoying, freddy with the right build right now is really strong. Map control all day long and some nice trick for braking loops...
Mine are not really good killers nor I do so good, I am still a beginner but the fun I get put of both my main is priceless so... Play who ever is the most funny and enjoyable killer.
Be safe in the fog! Cheers
