Anyone else getting caught in their own bear traps?
I know that if a Trapper walks into their own trap it stuns them. However, recently I've been placing traps and then immediately getting stunned by them.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Yeah, its Dedicated Servers. Yesterday a Trapper got sucked into his own Trap while hooking me, allowing me to get free.
Same goes for Pallet Breaks - when you want to pick up a Trap near a Pallet, the Pallet Break starts. Once the Pallet is broken, you are auto-stepping in your own Trap.
Dedicated Servers are simply not ready.

it's part of the problem with dedicated servers, unfortunately. the best thing you can do is just do that you can, or try to find ways around it.
good luck, friend!

Not to mention the aura of the trap that disappears when you're next to them...
Poor Evan.

yeah, thats dedicated servers.
after placing a trap, you now can no longer walk forward, unless you want to get trapped yourself.
previously you would be able to walk above the trap right after placing it, though that has, for some weird reason, changed.
it is annoying and needs to be fixed asap.
also i agree with @Avilgus, that too is annoying and can lead to situations where you just run around the area you know a trap is in, though you literally cant see it because you used the tar bottle...

This is nothing new, but still annoying. Try to find your own traps while using Tar Bottles...

Dedicated Servers is causing roll backs and delays for Survivors and Killers. Its small, but it can happen periodically within a match despite the ping being good or bad...
The game is probably just acting up with those delays and roll backs and causing you to get trapped in your own bear traps after they're placed... Hopefully these quirks will be ironed out in the future so Dedicated Servers can shine!
