Focusing on Ghost Face's Stealth/night shroud and removing the stalking and exposed effect V1.2
"Ghostface vanishes into the night" so his stealth power gameplay is perfect to match his description, ghostface can Observe his targets without the "stalking" and "exposed effect" so it still fits the description.
They should just improve his night shroud for a completely different gameplay and not giving him what Myers have "the Stalk 1 hit power" which he already have for many years.
There should be only one killer with the "Stalking chase 1 stab" power gameplay for uniqueness and to mention that they are both using a knife giving them both Exposed Effect (1 hit effect) on their power is what we call Redundant.
Redundant means-repeating something else and therefore unnecessary.
they just Recycled Myer's power into a new power.
Here is just my suggestion
By activating Night Shroud
Night Shroud:
- While Night Shroud is active The Ghost Face ((especially footsteps)) will have no sounds while moving.
- While Night Shroud is active, Ghost Face has no Terror Radius and emits no Red Stain.
- Performing hit or miss basic attack will deplete the entire Power bar and will deactivate Night Shroud.
- Night shroud power bar charge time 8 seconds after the cooldown.
- Night Shroud Cooldown when deactivated 2 seconds.
- Survivors within a close proximity (1-9 meter range) to Ghost Face can detect him by Looking in his Direction for 2 seconds even if they did not see him. This will deplete 1 power bar and automatically deactivate Night Shroud.
- Survivors need to see atleast 25% of Ghost Face's body to start revealing him.
- The Ghost Face can be revealed by Survivors within a 10-32 meter range of him by looking at him for a complete 2 seconds and will deplete 1 power bar and automatically deactivate night shroud.
- Hold down the Power button while behind cover to lean out and peek.
- Press the Active Ability button to crouch Press it again to stand.
- Crouch Speed 3.6 m/s
- When Ghost Face is revealed it will trigger "Peek-A-Boo" and will reveal the location of the Survivor that revealed him for 4 seconds.

I made this idea after watching ghostface players vs rank 1 survivors videos on youtube and playing both myers and ghostface.
On the videos that i watch they are only using stalking once to never in their games.
