What do you think happened to the Original survivors from the default perks?
Within the game when we first begin leveling up our survivors we had access to some default perks, and similar to the teachables from our main cast they as well had quotes from people.
So far we know of these unknown survivors:
Andy, Sassy, Murf, Sujan, Clyde, Nikki, Dylan, and Aizeyu.
I wonder if the archives will tell us more about them or if they'll ever be added to the game?

I remember seen a post not long ago analyzing the personalities of them and which perk may belong to whom.
No, these people won't be added to the game since most of the names are "Easter eggs" that are referring to certain bhvr employees or community managers.
Still, it's implied that the population of the Fog is never limited to the playable characters. The Lore characters are there/have been there too.

Only possible survivor I heard from here is Nikki and Clyde.

Probably all used up by the Entity and thrown into the void, or still being used in the trials but we're unaware. Even less likely is that some became killers.

They're in trials outside of the playable game. Our matches and the playable characters are just a representation of the Entity's trials.
Obviously, trials with multiple of the same Survivor don't actually occur in the lore, just like how DC'ing, despite being a common in-game occurrence, has no basis in the actual lore of the game. The games we play aren't automatically canonical occurrences, although some of them could be.
Rather the playable Survivors and Killers represent the best of those the Entity has grabbed; not the norm. The playable Survivors are all extremely motivated people, who will NOT give up no matter what happens to them, and the playable Killers are all extremely determined killing machines who will simply NEVER stop.
If the Alchemist's memories are to be believed, many thousands of others have gone into the Void; discarded for losing the will to go on or for not serving the Entity's purposes.
How many more then must make up the average trial? The Entity certainly doesn't rely on less than 40 people to sustain it; there are possibly thousands of trials and thousands more Killers and Survivors taking part in the Entity's games, that we don't get to see because they simply aren't special enough to warrant representation.
The Survivors featured in the default perks were simply regular people who figured out a special technique or trick that became a perk.
Until we get lore on their fates and the actual nature of the trials; IMO their final fates are unknowable simply because the game isn't a 100% faithful representation of the lore.
