Jake tattoo skin?

Is there a Jake skin with a vest and tattoos that I'm not seeing on DbD console? Because I've seen it pop up in several DbD videos online and I'm almost certain it's Jake, yet I can't seem to find any skin of the sort on my PS4.

    The skin you are likely referring to is one of the Left for Dead cosmetics that was added to the PC game alongside Bill Overbeck. The jacket in question is part of the Francis skin. It would seem you also lack the alternative cosmetic sets for Dwight, Meg, Claudette, as a side effect of not having access to Bill.
