Body blocking as killer
doing it for a reason like is it Griefing if you do it while the endgame collapse is happening like let's say 4 Survivors are going down a straight line to the exit would it be griefing to stand in front of them and make them go threw another way so you kill them via the timer without hitting them

nope! it's not griefing, and you cannot bodyblock as killer due to the lack of collision while a survivor is downed, therefore it cannot necessarily be considered as bodyblocking either!
if anything, it's considered as a form of slugging, which is not an offense according to the in-game rules; https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/19450/game-rules-and-report-system
hope this answers your question! ;w;/

since it is on a timer, you are fine to do so.
the only time you are not allowed to bodyblock them would be when there is no timer to stop this and you dont intend to let them go. e.g. you find someone in early game and then proceed to bodyblock them until the game is over / they DC.
