This can happen with any online game due to many factors.
Servers, internet (Stable provider or not any internet can still drop for a period or have latency spikes and dc you), platform you are playing on having a glitch.
While the servers on PC atm aren't perfect I always look for other issues just in case before pushing any blame.

It's a depip not the end of the world. The game is currently buggy-- we know this... and so does BHVR.
