let me know which builds you use and have good success with. I've all perks and add-ons on him. So I have no limitations to try new things. Please include your add-ons too.

Thanks :)

I use the No-Stalk build. Sloppy, Ruin, Thanatophobia, and Nurse's Calling with both recharge speed add-ons. Never stalk, use the power for stealth only and get free hits.

I created a build for him that is inspired by Ghostface's portrayal in the Scream films...

    NOED

    Enduring

    Unrelenting

    Monitor And Abuse

    @bendermac

I use the same build that I use for Myers, except I swapped Monitor & Abuse out for Pop Goes the Weasel.

Here's that build, I use Ruin, Pop Goes the Weasel, Nurse's Calling, and BBQ & Chilil.

This build is pretty standard for stealth Killers, but it's one of the most effective builds to use, and it's very versatile if you can't get marked stalks off, or if you want to rely on the stealth alone.

For one, I use Ruin because it's one of the most effective perks to keep the game at a slower pace... And if it stays up for more than a minute, than you'll get a big return investment. Of course, some Survivors have mastered the ability to hit Great Skill Checks pretty often, but if the Killer is nearby or if it's GhostFace for example, than they'll hit them a lot less due to the paranoia.

Next, I use Pop Goes the Weasel. PGTW is very useful on a lot of M1 Killers because it can regress any generator you kick when active down to a 25% regression penalty! This means if you grab a Survivor off a generator that's almost done and hook them, you can regress that generator heavily and have a lot of time put onto it go to waste! This perk is very useful for sneaking up to generators being worked on, as you can mark Survivors than down and hook them and afterwards you regress the generator they were working on to continue the cycle!

After that, I use Nurse's Calling. Nurse's Calling is very useful on Myers and GhostFace due to their ability to have very small or 0 Terror Radius's from their passive abilities like Myers, or GhostFaces power! You can sneak up to injured Survivors that're healing within 24 Meters. For context if you use Monitor & Abuse on Myers you Terror Radius is 8... so you'll easily sneak up to Survivors. With GhostFace, he's is 0 when NightShroud is active so it's even better! Plus, he's smaller so he will be able to sneak up the them a lot easier.

Last, I use BBQ & Chili. BBQ is one of the best tracking perks, and it helps a lot when combo'ed with GhostFaces stealth... Using BBQ with Killers like Myers or GF can really get the drop on all Survivors that're in the Trial... You'll know exactly where they're when someone is hooked (If they're outside of the radius) and you can go and sneak up to continue the cycle of mark, stab, down, hook! Or just get a easy hit too...

    Hope this helps!

That's kind of self explanatory, you either use Knife Belt Clip + Chewed Pen or Knife Belt Clip + Lasting Perfume for a standard add-on combo.

For some advanced add-on combos you could use "Ghost Face Caught On Tape" + Night Vision Monocular or Driver's License + Victim's Detailed Routine.

You can also try Night Vision Monocular/"Ghost Face Caught One Tape + Drivers License for some advanced add-on combos.

The rest of the add-on combos are experimental and or situational.
