In my opinion, these perks should affect totem cleansing and chest searching speed. With this, you could even put these perks into a totem defender build, combined with Hex: Thrill of the Hunt, making totem cleansing extra slow, if you want to defend a powerful Hex. In addition, I think the Dying Light penalty should affect the Obsession, at least a little bit. I just find it annoying how you're supposed to ignore the Obsession, and the only one who doesn't receive the debuff is the Obsession.

    I don't think these should.

    But i do agree that Obsession atleast shouldn't receive that heavy buff in Dying Light :p
