Which killers does spine chill not work on?
or possibly even add ons for killers that it usually would work on.

After 3.3.0 (the current PTB) it won't work on Killer who get Undetectable with their powers, like the Demogorgon, Pig, Ghostface, Wraith and Myers(?)
With the Pig, Ghostface and Wraith it's when they use their powers (Pig and Ghostface's crouch and Ghostface's Night Shroud I believe, and when the Wraith uses the Wailing Bell)
With the Demogorgon it's when it comes out of a Portal. I know Myers is affected, but I don't remember how.

Spine Chill won't work either? Damn, stealth killers are finally getting some respect after 3 years.

Yep. Originally it just didn't work on Myers with Evil Within Level 1, but now that they added Undetectable they're giving it to all the stealth Killers. Which is good because I main Pig and Ghostface.
I should mention Premonition will trump all Killer stealth even after the update I believe. Since it doesn't reveal auras or anything like that.

Premonition will get respect too. people always called it a lesser spine chill

Undetectable doesn't block spine chill. It blocks aura detection perks only. The Shape's Tier 1 Evil Within previously blocked spine chill and premonition, but doesn't anymore with the addition of undetectable. There's a thread here, specifically talking about the nerf (it's not but agree to disagree).

I thought it was? At least I was told Spine Chill wouldn't trigger for stealth Killers after the update.

Undetectable status is not immune to Spine Chill or Premonition, as of the 3.3.0 PTB. Neither of those perks have an aura-reading component.

When I first started playing Survivor, Premonition was my favorite perk and since I was playing Nea with Urban, I was basically a white Claudette. I don't run it anymore as I feel knowing the Killer is looking at you is more valuable than knowing JUST where they are. Premonition fills the gap that Spine Chill has with where the Killer is but sometimes you can know the Killer is nearby but they aren't necessarily going to smack you off that Gen. But I don't run either perk anymore, being sneaky is fun but as a Survivor I enjoy the chase more than being sneaky.

To sum up everything just so you know, Spine Chill will work on EVERY killer after that update. As of right now, it only doesn't work on Tier 1 Myers.
