Ban Hammer Charm?
So I just got home and decided to check out the new update. Went to the store and found this in the featured section. I'm guessing there's some sort of special criteria needed to unlock it, as clicking on it does nothing and it's not in my inventory or the Rift.

I bet it's a charm for mods. Which kinda sucks, because they specifically said they weren't going to do things like streamer/convention exclusives anymore because it wasn't fair that some people had no chance of obtaining them. I suppose mod exclusives don't count? :/

If that's the case....why even show it off in-game like this? Would like some information on this

Yeah it's a bit weird to "feature" it if ordinary players don't have access to it. I'd be interested to know more about what's going on as well.

I assume it's if you report someone and they get banned.
But maybe not, who knows. Thatd confirm a ban...
