What determines the amount of Rift Fragment Progress earned from playing?

I am not talking about Fragments from the challenges, but by playing normally. What determines how much progress you get?
- the number of bloodpoints?
- the duration of the match?
Additional questions:
- does the player level influence it, similar to Iridescent Shards?
- is there a maximum amount you can get per game?
- do certain events increase the progress, such as kills or escaping?

- The amount of Rift Fragments earned from playing is determined by the XP you gain in a Trial (800 XP per Fragment). The amount of XP you gain in a Trial relies on its duration.
Your Player XP relies almost solely on the Trial's duration, however, there is a 300XP bonus for your first match of the day and some 10-20XP bonus for getting good emblem qualities.
