Is Decisive strike supposed to do this now?
When I play against a Doctor and he manages to get me to madness 3, my ds won't work, and I don't know if this is a bug or something implemented to the game, but it is really frustrating to get tunneled and the only 'antitunnel' (because people use it for their own goals) perk becomes a wasted perk slot.

Sorry about the double notifications by the way...
I just found this after I made my first comment, this is not intentional no.
Here's a quote from the post:
"We are looking into scenarios where Decisive Strike does not stun the killer in spite of succeeding the skill check. If you create a bug report, please be sure to let us know which killer you were playing against when this happened."

No, I don't think this is intentional.
It was never a thing before so, either it was an intentional implementation or a bug, i'll look a bit more into the patch notes to confirm.

Just played against the doctor, two of us on our team successfully hit DS and it still didn't activate.

Right, as said above it's a known issue so they're looking into getting it fixed in the next hotfix or patch.
Be sure to report what Killer you faced against when this bug happened, i'll be linking the Bug Report sub-forum below. By the way, i'm not telling you to report the Killer you faced in-game, i'm suggesting you report WHAT Killer you tried using DS on... not the player themselves... just to avoid any confusion here.

Do you guys also plan on fixing the multitude of gamebreaking bugs for killer? Sound being messed up in general. Myers/Ghostface stalk being inconsitent, Hag not being able to attack right off the teleport, Nurse's blink sometimes being cancelled, or cut in in short, Clown's bottles not emitting any gas sometimes?
I don't recall the devs ever creating an announcment specifically for those.

You probably could tell it was a bug if you thought about it. Tier 3 madness making DS unusable seems like something that's way too balanced for it to be intentional.

Of course. We fixed some in this most recent update, even. The Wraith/Spirit lunge bug was fixed, as well as the issue that prevent the Nurse from blinking around unique tiles in Yamaoka maps. We're trying something new with the known issues post since most people did not tend to check the very bottom of the patch notes to see if their issue was reported or not yet.
