Actual look at reports on console
I've reported so many griefers on console and I guarantee none of them have been banned, because I still run into them all the time, why have a report system on console if it's not even looked at

Depending on the offense, additional video offense is typically needed which can be submitted via support ticket. An in game report must be made against the offender in addition to the support ticket.
Griefing is tricky because it is hard for the mods to know whether or not the offender is guilty or not without evidence as they can only tell so much from what the report/game saves about the match. Video evidence allows them to definitively know whether or not someone is guilty of the offense they were reported for.

I have multiple video proof of offenses and yet nothing will ever be done about it because console and xbox especially is neglected heavily

Don’t listen to him the only thing he reports is tunneling and camping which are not ban-able offenses.

I have just blocked message from people not in my friend list immideately after few days playng the game, cause of message with insult and provocation, and I dont want to waste my time with frustrating people. Almost never seen a so toxic community as dbd players. Sometimes they send me insult on friend request.

It's a asymmetric multiplayer game. Salt every so often after playing killer is guaranteed. It's even worse when people think they can report you for using a strategy that singles them out when it reality, you're just using that strategy because you know that the game gets easier for you the faster you eliminate survivors.
