Suggest for deaf/hard of hearing/etc

Today, I spent my time play with DBD for about two years and I still have some trouble to hear the killer while repairing the generators. Now when I had time and watch youtube "Dead by daylight mobile" and I learned there have glow in their hearts (the survivor's heart) when its getting glow as alert when the killer is close by. I was thinking why not they put it in Dead By Daylight on PC, xBox one, PS4 etc? Maybe put them in setting that turn it on for deaf, difficult hearing etc people only? Just an idea.

Thank you

If you don't have spine chill, you have to all the time seeing around you... be multitask that's what I do when I play against sneaky killers.

I do have spine chill but not 100% perfect for me. The problem is sometime the killer backward walk and hit me. The Spine chill does on when Killer FACE me.

You are right about seeing around me and its fine but sometime I get surprise jumped by the killer. One thing is when I repair gen with 2 or 3 or 4 of us together and 3 of them run first before me and I don't see the killer so should I join them like follow shepherd or not? I am sorry I hope I don't make any difficult but that is what I observe it.
