Increase Killer speed 1% each rank up
In order to balance the game, because right now in red ranks 5 to 1 as Killer if you don't have MORI with optimal build and gameplay, you get 0 to 2 kills being optimal ASF.

Blinking with Nurse or chainsawing as Hillbilly would be slower than walking up to the target.

Pace of games needs a slow down instead of making things even faster. Meaning balance needs work very much but not like that.

Ooh you right, I overdo the amount of speed, let me adjust this nonsense, just in the red ranks 5 - 1 that way you increase just 25%+

No, Chainsaw is 230%, at rank 1 as Dev say your movement speed will be 210%

It'd just create all kinds of new problems, with mid-rank survivors facing high rank survivors.
Low tier killers need to be boosted imho. Give them some way of slowing the game down a little. And for killers who already have that but need other boosts (Like Pig) give them boosts elsewhere.

Do you want to know why ALL speed buffs for both sides are limited? Because movement speed buffs completely ruin map balance loop safety and all that #########. Just dont touch that.

To the end they are going to change more things, breaking pallets and walls faster, kick gens faster, 90 secs instead 80 secs gens to done, 10% cooldown and bloodlust change. In the end I didn't have a wrong idea to balance the game for killers.
