Bubba is also a good contender, but really for the fact he's unoriginal. He's basically a worse Billy, even has similar add-ons but no Ultra Rare, wish he had a better ability maybe, doesn't even have to deviate from the chainsaw but it's kinda bland.

What evidence do you have that this is the case? Did the devs release more stats? Or are you just making stats up

I think killers are fine. I believe it's the objective that needs a rework, or the map sizes.

The devs released stats back in November, her pick rate is similar to clowns and her kill rate is below average. Of course this is outdated since the ruin changes, but I'm sure that wouldn't increase her kill or pick rate.

Trapper. Either let him start with his traps or let him refill at a locker like Huntress.
I would love the idea of a trap mine. Like while your moving push a button and without stopping the trapper drops an unarmed trap where he is standing when the button was pressed. Over a period of time, say 10 seconds, the trap arms itself. A way to block off pallet loops without giving up the chase.
I would also put a skill check when disarming a trap. Failure to disarm injures or traps the survivor. Add ons increase the traps difficulty like Over Charge.

Low kill rates don't mean a lot on difficult killers, because people who play it to try it out will likely get 0 kills

Am I the only person who doesn't understand why people always want Clown buffed? I'm a rank 1 killer every month, and every time I play Clown, which is pretty often, I get a 4k, without fail.

Wraith is fine. The only thing is to make yellow or green Windstorm base, to not make him so add-on reliant.

On certain maps, yes. But, he doesn't need Windstorm on smaller maps. Similar to Trapper, they're both fine with add-ons, but just need buffs to their base power, to not make them have to heavily rely on them. Oni and Demo are good examples of Killers who aren't add-on dependent.

Ghostface. No killer has ever single handedly ruined the game this much. Not even Legion.
Give a killer total stealth, free movement and the ability to attack unhindered all with no terror radius and what do you get? The wet dream of a camper.
To date I think I’ve only ever seen one Ghostface that didn’t proxy camp the hook. 1. It really is that bad.

i think in general killers don’t need to be able to spawn in and put people down before a gen can even pop but it’s entirely possible. Rather than consider possible killer buffs they ought to be thinking quite the opposite with some of the other killers. It’s just whine/buff killer. Whine/buff killer. Whine/debuff survivor. I don’t see how it’s supposed to be fun for survivor at some point staring at a progress bar longer and watching teammates die faster. The killers actually have too much at the moment as the add ons typically allow them to either produce quick downs, Quick attacks, reduce chase times, provide auras, etc. they already have a lot more than they need.

I choose Pig. Her ability is great. Fun killer and unique. Her add ons are bad and I think should be reworked. It’s like they get worse the higher the rarity.

As of March 25, I'd say either Leather Face or Clown.
After them, Pig should receive an update.

After that Pig (especially add-ons) and nurse's bugs and add-ons (no not bringing omega/chain blink back, just getting rid of the meme add-ons)
