Survivor Perk // Head On needs timing adjustment

Survivor perk “Head On” takes too long to activate after entering a locker. Timing should be slightly reduced (-0.5 sec) so that it is better balanced and useful to the survivor.

It's long enough, making it shorter would just make people abuse chain stunning with pallets, flashlights, lockers..
