Is this a bug? (Mobile ver.)
So i played mobile trapper and apparently 3 survivors can finish a gen in like 10 seconds? I literally just started the match and the first 20 seconds a gen was completed already nothing to think of much nice they could’ve used a brand new part add on but 15 seconds go by and it happens again even though they all had tool boxes i think thats too quick for a gen repair

Unfortunately, DBD Mobile doesn't have its own forum, but these forums are mostly for the main game. It's not impossible that someone might know the answer to your question, but none of the mobile devs are on here. You would probably have better luck posing this question to DBD Mobile Support. Sorry to hear that. I've only played mobile once myself, so I don't have the experience to help, but it's still possible that someone else might come along who is familiar with the game's mechanics and can give you an explanation!

Since its midnight i’ll ask the discord server just in case it really is a bug and its not normal otherwise i would question the tool boxes

Don't be surprised if DBD Support tell you to contact mobile support via their own website, since it is a separate team. That's what I suspect they might say. Still, I have my fingers crossed that things will work out for you 🤞

Hi, I'm not fully aware with DBD Mobile because as the others have said, it's a totally different team...the link that @Fibijean put will take you to DBD mobile support, if you could open a ticket there that will be great - because the main DBD Support do not deal with mobile issues so at the most they'll direct you to mobile and close the ticket...but as they are inundated with work at the moment, it might be quicker to go directly to mobile instead of waiting.
