Aftercare shouldn't reset after being hooked
It wouldn't even be op. Just let us have another perk that can compete with Bond, Empathy or Kindred.

No way lol. That's way too strong, IMO. I like it the way it is right now. There's a risk involved (getting hooked) for what gives you the best information in the game if you heal or rescue someone.

This. I love Aftercare, and would love for it to be all game, but that would make it overpowered. It's great being able to see everyone's aura, but I have to be careful not to get hooked if I don't want to lose that ability.

If they did this it would make bond and empathy obsolete. Bad idea .

That, too. And any other aura reading perks (Better Together, Kindred, and others I can't think of right now)
Aftercare is the strongest Aura reading perk, but the drawback is the fact you lose it all when you get hooked. Otherwise, if it stayed all game, they would have to give it a range, and it definitely wouldn't be mapwide as it is right now, that's for sure. Or it would only be a one way reading, not two ways.
