Are you going to buy the new killer??
This is early on but I want to know if you’re going to buy him, if not say why, maybe the devs will see the flaws.
Personally right now I probably won’t buy him because I think his perks are lack lustre and the 110% will slaughter him

He looks interesting though the one ability is kinda boring ever since the newer killers have been getting two (doc having two shocks, demo teleports and shreds, Oni has a dash and insta down)

Yeah I wish he had a charge type thing where he could charge a turn for a short distance at like 120% that would make him much better, or even if his chain damaged on impact

I think he looks like an overall worse Huntress on the PTB. His reload is punishing, anything with Deep Wounds is lackluster, but most importantly; as a console player, I just don't think another precision Killer is something I am interested in.

Yeah they think because he is like huntress they need 110% on him which is untrue, he needs 115% and I think latency will screw him as well

I think right now it’s a 50/50 but only 25% actually want him for his ability, like I said his perks are pretty bad in my opinion, the surv perks are much better

I would suggest waiting a couple weeks. That way you know what you are getting.

I'll buy the pack for Killer and Survivor because he does look like fun. He'll probbably be easily bulldosed by high skill survivors, but hey-ho, a new killer for my collection and a change up from the usual killers I use.

The idea is cool, but no, because killer can be bullied by swf and experienced survivors. His chain breaks when survivors stand in it. Also, the hook itself do no damage. The killer must melee survivors to hurt them. I was thinking that he is a better vesion of Legion, because it looked like he can make survivors mend easily, but no. He has interesting new mechanic, but its weak. And 110 speed nerf on top of it is unnecessary.

I've purchased every single DLC and have cosmetics for nearly every character, but I won't spend money on this game anymore because of the awful dedicated servers. Truly game breaking.

If he was another licensed killer I might have skipped him but I'm going to wait a few weeks to think about it.
I'm on PS4 and I don't have the best aim. Now I do play as Plague and Demo but Huntress can be really difficult and is just not for me. I only play her for dailies.
I don't want to do the same with this guy.

Yeah I had money so I just bought the last 8 killers I needed with cells but I also didn’t have shards so I don’t know, but know that I have the ability to get all the perks I’m saving my shards for him or the survivor

If the pc players are struggling to land shots with him, then why would I bother to buy him as a console player?

4 hits to down a Survivor with his ability if you want to call it that. The only reason I would buy him is for the hex totem perk that only has 1 min game play.
At least survivors get great perks.😥😭 I'm just dreading the abuse of the new survivor perks.

Westerns are my favorite genre immediately after horror, so I can't not buy this dude. That said, I play on PS4, so landing shots will be a nightmare.

Overall I enjoy Huntress and Nurse, I'll be buying this chapter. The perks are pretty damn nice. Gearhead seems like a better Discordance / Surveillance so I can stop using Surge + Surveillance together and just get 2 hits for a 45 sec. surveillance like effect.
For The People is insane and might even shake up the meta so people start using that alongside borrowed time and decisive strike to truly be unkillable, nevermind the new sabotage opening up a whole new playstyle. The game is getting even faster instead of slower which is what the vast majority wanted, these new perks are gonna be fun though and Deathslinger seems like a cool addition. He needs some pretty small buffs (115% movement speed, a way to deal with unsafe loops either through a more durable chain or breaking pallets while reeling) and he'll be great to play.

I'll buy it. Level him to P1 just to see how the gameplay is, and decide if I want to play him further.
I don't mind supporting the devs with my cash. I use Shards for Shrine BP, and as long as it isn't too expensive ($10 USD every few months is cheap AF imo), I'll pick it up. If they start dropping DLCs at high prices though, I'll stop buying them. Stranger Things was acceptable since you got 2 Survivors. Standard DLCs though, like this one, $9.99 is a pretty decent price for it.

I'm not because every killer that has come out has been nerfed within a week, even if it wasn't needed, so I'll wait for his eventual nerfs before I consider buying him.

They need to buff him before I consider getting him. Right now he's just a bad Huntress, there's little reason to play deathslinger over Huntress if you want a good ranged killer. His perks aren't good enough to me to warrant a purchase either.
