Forget the new killer, Doctor addons changes are amazing

well... except for giving us back Scrapped Tape... They could've at least changed its effect to something more useful because it was so god awful I was releived when it got scrapped in the doc update, now its back to haunt our inventories as the useless garbage it had always been. Sigh

Aw, I was hoping it had been changed at least a little to make it less awful, like fill in that center hole maybe? It just doesn't feel natural for either side, honestly.

I’m excited for the afflictions working in Tier 1 and no more charge penalty on the shock range add-ons.

they put an insane amount of effort into the doctor and you can tell. there are lots of things i like and dont like about this game doesnt mean theyre underpowered or overpowered. I call it like i see it. try to stay away from ultimatum assumptions like that bud....

overpowered is literally being able to out the survivors when there is a perk that is able to already do so. overpowered is being able to stun the survivor from being able to interact with anything on the map to get away from the killer, overpowered is having a nerf then a buff then another buff back to back so that survivors dont passively decay in madness. overpowered is having a delayed stun status duration when he stuns you with his shock you shouldnt be stunned for as long as you are. After you get shocked and grab your head or whatever animation the survivor does you shouldnt still be stunned a .5 sec - 1 sec after you're done doing that animation.

For ######### sake, its not that hard, you have many ways to avoid his shocks from impacting you, throw the pallet early, learn to dodge him, hide in a locker when he is using his static blast, JUST LEARN HOW TO PLAY AGAINST HIM
Overpowered would mean he literally breaks the game to the point there is absolutely no way to counter him, when thats simply not the case

So buffed Doctor will get a buff? Very good news if this is the case. I think all killers should be buffed it's also more fun playing survivor with real challanges.

You lose Bloodlust when you use your power. It goes away the moment Doc releases the shock.

Longer range with no penalty to charge is legit awesome!

It has literally been doctor every other game since the changes were made, and he's still not fun to play against. I think players are seeing him as an easy way to win as killer now.

What exactly do you mean by easy win?
The reason most players find him unfair is because he changes loop math. You get to a loop against most killers and know immediately you can loop three times, drop pallet and run when he breaks... Doc changes that math because he can freeze you out with his shock and players HATE adapting

It takes 15 seconds to get one level of bloodlust, and that goes away if you lose chase for more than a second or two or if you break a pallet. As long as you're not just staying one tile and refusing to drop the pallet, bloodlust isn't a problem. Bloodlust is so that you can't run a killer forever without using any pallets. And even if you do get downed by a killer with bloodlust, you've almost certainly wasted a lot of their time. When I get bloodlust, my thought isn't "yes, now I can catch this survivor!" It's "darn, I shouldn't have committed to this survivor."

Exactly, bloodlust especially the higher levels is so eventually even “bad killers,” can catch people. If A killer uses bloodlust every time to hit you then you have successfully wasted a lot of their time and if your team is competent multiple gens will get done.

Not really. You just need to end loops early and use more stealth. You're either going up against good Doctors, getting bad teammates, or you're just bad yourself when it comes to facing Doctor.
