Killers Reach
This is another problem, The Killers Reach is way to far. I just came out of a match went threw a window hillbilly chain sawed me. Another time ran around a gen hillbilly sawed me threw the gen. Another match I drop a pallet and I was already past the pallet and was hit, it's like they have a 6 foot reach which is very unbalanced.
The killer should have the max reach to whatever they are hitting you with, and chainsaw should stun the killer if trying to down you threw a window.
The lunge of the killer is very unbalanced, I have been running around a fence to a pallet about to drop it and the killers lunge hits me before he even get around the fence completely.
Anyone have anything else they want to add, I know this has happened to other players as well....

Killer reach is not too far, what you describe is caused by bad hitboxes and latency problems. Also the hit detection system

it's not a lunge problem it's a latency problem.

The above ^^

What your experiencing is something that every survivor does if someone in the game has a poor connection, whether it be the killer or you, it's caused by latency, on the killers screen he is hitting you before you vault the window, or mid vault, since all hits are detected through the killer side, this counts as a hit even though it may look like your too far on your screen. This is a problem with every multiplayer game but it's more noticable in DbD due to how close hits can be. The devs are aware of the issue and recently stated that they are making progress in reducing this delay.

"Close hits" ekhem, what if, its actually the hitboxes? You know, hitbox being bigger than the survivior MIGHT be a problem...
Ok, now I will seriously give you secret knowledge: hitboxes are so bad that devs had to make "aim dressing" just so hits dont look that bad... When hits do look bad then it means bad latency + aim dressing failed to hide the hitbox cause of latency. So in the end "its worse in DBD" precisely because hitboxes are so bad
"How bad" are these hitboxes?
THIS bad:
