End game screen shows SWF?
Nerfing SWF is something that is impossible to do, but just for a quality of life thing can we get a SWF indicator? This wouldn’t be at the beginning when you are in the lobby getting ready for the match obviously but instead when the match is finished there would be some kind of visual that shows who’s in a SWF.
A lot of people complain about losing because of SWF but they claim this stuff without truly knowingly if it was an actual SWF. With this visual players would finally be able to know if the reason they lost was because of a 4 man SWF on coms or if they versed just solos and duos.

This seems reasonable to me. No need to hide that info post-game IMO.

I think it would be a nice change but it had been bought up before and the counter argument is that killers will write down names and dodge those groups in the future

Those Killers probably already lobby dodge for other reasons anyways, so meh.

I think a few changes could be done.
First remove names and profiles from the lobby. They serve no purpose other than a way to be able to dodge players.
Second change the lobby system so players are locked in and the killers have 30s to set up where survivors can't change the character or items. Leaving the lobby for anything other than a ping over a set amount has the same affect as the DC penalty with smaller time frames and scalling.
Last remove profiles from the end screen and you can then show who is in an swf and who they are playing with. Allow friend requests to happen from there so players can still make friends.

True, I’m just telling you the argument that always pops up

A counter argument I have to is that people already do that. I’ve seen a lot of killers list down survivors who gave them a very bad match so that they know in the future if they should either dodge a lobby against those people or not and just go full sweat against them with the strongest stuff they have. Making a SWF indicator is something I think will have more positives then negatives because now killers can stop blindly blameing SWF for all of their bad matches and instead find a different problem for why they lost the match such as the map, the actual skill of the survivors, the mistakes they made, etc.

That’s actually a really good idea to implement this feature. It pretty much takes away any of the negative consequences that would come with showing who’s in a SWF at the end screen.

I think it would be fair, kind of like how they changed it so killers loadouts couldn't be seen until after the match was over. Like sometimes I wonder why was this person over here doing this thing when they couldn't have known it was important to be here, they didn't even have any info perks.

Great idea I highly suggest it
Good job 👍👌

Good point, I just wanna make it clear that I agree with you but you’ll have to fight hard to convince others for some odd reason

Dont say it's impossible to nerf it just because you have no idea how. I usually know in the lobby when it's swf just by looking at profiles and if many are private I dodge too because I know the match wont be fun likely. My suggestion to nerf swf is to increase the requirements to pip and earn bloodpoints, a debuff percentage according to how many they are. It's obviously much easier for them to get either of those now.

It’s a very easy fix, like you say for everyone that is SWF those players get 5% per person action penalty or whatever percentage works.
Now, here is where the players come saying they shouldn’t be penalized for playing with friends... which is weird because those same players say SWF isn’t about winning, it’s about playing with their friends.

If they say that, it's corrupt nonsense. Swf clearly gives them an advantage, either from comms or knowing their own builds and playstyles. If the intention is to keep the game balanced they should have to deal with a downside and not only have their fun at the killer's expense, but you know it's incredible how the fact of comms advantage isnt obvious to some players and devs.

This thread isn’t about SWF balancing. There are already plenty of other posts on the forum to discuss that topic.
Also for what seffard said regarding the actual topic, yes you can just check the profiles but that’s not consistent. Plenty of players can just put their account on private and deny being a SWF even if they were actually SWF. Not everyone has the same mentality as you to dodge a lobby just because a profile is on private. With this fix there would be no need to check profiles at the end of the match as it would already be clearly there and survivors will no be able to deny being in a group. Also as someone’s who use to play on PS4 I found trying to see if the team I versed was a SWF to be tedious and long for something that’s is much more simple on PC due to keyboard and how faster it is, so this change would also be a quality of life for console people. This isn’t ment to be a huge change, it’s just a quality of life thing.

I've noticed if you play as killer and automatically get 4 survivors in the lobby with you. There is a really good chance they're grouped together.
If you notice they're all the good characters in the game don't play wit.

No, with dedicated servers you will most likely enter a lobby with 4 survivors already there and they could all be solos or SWFs
