Spitballing an Idea for a LeatherFace Rework
This year is the year that we should give Leatherface the Doctor treatment to bring him into the current year and differentiate him more substantially from Hillbilly. Above I have created an example rework with many changes for the devs to think about that might make it into a Leatherface rework.
The idea of giving him a "transformative" type killer power allows him to be a bit sneakier outside of a chase but terrifying inside of a chase. I figured a cool way to achieve this might be to have his chainsaw be his terror radius and shutting it off would allow him to get the jump on survivors (like he does in the movies). I also wanted to improve Leatherface outside of his Chainsaw sweep, which wouldn't be too bad if bubba had a bit more impact elsewhere. If I were to change it, I would reduce its charge time by a lot (since he has to start his chainsaw first) and increase his movement speed as the sweep progresses so it can be used in tiles to mindgame.
While the numbers and exact changes should be left to the dev team, these changes might inspire some ways to make the killer a bit better.
Also maybe rework/buff Demogorgons perks, Steves perks, and no mither at some point, eh?

16 meters while being a 115 killer... With almost instantenous insta down.

I agree. Micheal at least has to Stalk.

The issue with LF isn't his terror radius. You've increased #chainsaw swings dramatically. Too many terms "Chilling Chainsaw, Chainsaw Sweep, Chainsaw Tantrum"

I think this is a nice direction, however total removal of the hammer might cause issues, seeing how it is just as important as the saw in leatherfaces lore, I think 16 meter is a tad much, maybe 28 or 24 radius.

I think he should keep his hammer for basic attacks and use his chainsaw when he activates Chilling Chainsaw. A 16 meter terror radius might end up being too small for a 115% Killer with an instadown. If you bring M&A, then that becomes only 8 meters. Raising it to 24 meters would probably be a better idea.
The rest of your idea is great!

If by instantaneous you mean 5 seconds with reduced movement speed, plus the chainsaw windup time which also slows you down, then yeah its "instant". The entire point of having him activate his chainsaw AND charge it is to prevent him from being a silent instadown killer, like the transforming mechanic is literally designed to prevent that one thing. Its like wraith has to uncloak before actually thwacking someone, except its even longer and bubba is easier to spot. I forgot to mention the slowdown in the top post because most charge abilities (demo shred, bubba chainsaw, static blast, huntress hatchets) also slow you down.

He can't instadown when he is in the silent stage, the chainsaw is literally off. You have to turn it on before you can use the deep wound M1 or the instadown (which you still have to rev up). The chainsaw noise will also be heard through undetectable like it normally is, but the radius is a lot larger and you have to take the muffler addons to reduce it to make use of something like insidious

Okay.
So then You have a Wraith that needs 5 seconds to uncloak. (while still being visible or hearable)
Unless ofc he can M1 whenever. Then he is Micheal in Tier 2 without having to charge up first.
