BT Exhaustion?
I think that more survivor perks should cause exhaustion. Specifically, Borrowed Time. Exhaustion perks are activatable second chances or superhuman boosts. Unhooking someone in the terror radius with BT should give the rescuer exhaustion and give the rescuee exhaustion if the get hit while under protection. And of course you can't give BT while exhausted.

Honestly, i would be more exhausted if i kept waving my hands up and down on the hook.
BT is in a good spot leave it alone.Plus it's a perk made to counter tunnelers.
No need for unnecessary stuff like this.

This idea is irrelevant because exhaustion is removed upon being hooked. The rescuer shouldn't be afflicted since they are vulnerable during the unhook.
