Small tenacity buff (clearly the most OP perk)
Increased crawl speed by 70% from 50%
Reduces grunts of pain while your down by 50/75/100%
Allows you to recover while crawling.
Simple buff to make a perk more viable.

100% buff on Grunts of Pain isn't a simple buff, it's a disappearing act.

I've crawled out exit gates using this perk. It's pretty viable.

Tbh Iron Will should work while in the dying state, blood trails are more than enough for tracking. And Tenacity is at a healthy spot right now, sure it could use a small speed buff but it'd be overpowered combined with Unbreakable.

No Mither will become useless with this as No Mither actually reduces grunts while DBNO
