Why is dbd mobile not available in my country?

To me it seems like it would only require the devs to check a box and then the beta would be out everywhere.

Why was dbd mobile released in Mexico before America? Is it easier on servers or something?

I'm confused and I really want to play the mobile game. Please someone clarify.

It's in beta right now. The mobile team is still working on adding new features and getting it ready for a worldwide launch.

I'm still confused. Why can't my region play the beta prior to the worldwide launch?

I see the game has exclusive skins and I don't want to miss out because I was born in the wrong place.

What features are limiting my american phone from being eligible to play?

You can still preregister for all the exclusives on their website I'm pretty sure
