from killer rank 1 to rank 1 and survivor rank 1 to rank 1.

I’m confused too as I was rank 3 survivor and rank 9 killer but now I’m rank 9 survivor and rank 17 killer I’m so angry because this isn’t right! My friend was a rank 3 survivor and is rank 5 so I should be at rank 5!!

Try logging out and back in. I stayed at rank 1 in both as well but after relogging I'm 5 in both.

I forgot to derank to rank 5 lol... I was rank 4 and it resets me to rank 5 only TT
Actually, it doesn't matter what rank i am. I'm going to face red rank survivors anyway

@Peanits deranked by one colour is killing the game. The matchmaking and player skill level just means nothing now. So many glorified Yellow rank Killers and Survivors at Red rank. Next month make every Red go back to 15, Purple to 16, Green to 17, yellow to 18 and Browns back by 1 level too - so 18-19, 19-20.
Otherwise the player base will suffer and be in a terrible spot for a long time.

Well last season the old reset was the old reset for me. I should have gone to rank 9, but went to rank 12 instead. I should go to rank 5 today...I'll see if I get sent to rank 11 instead.

This is why it isn't ALWAYS so bad when a rank 10 killer gets red rank survivors, sometimes it is for sure, but a lot of the time they are absolute potatoes.

They already did that with a bug. Last Season I went from rank 3 to rank 12.
This season I went from rank 2 to rank 5. If ur a red rank, you'll climb back and wreck all the games with bad matchmaking until you get there if you get set back too far

@gatsby this is pretty much what happens now. Most matches there is like one actually good survivor, with spuds on their team. I love vsing swf now because I know that i'm gonna get a solid challenge and a fun match. Against solo's at this era of Red is pathetic. At least going back as far as 15 will put the weaker skill level of players where they should be for a while. Reds will get back to Red quickly, Purples will get back to Purple quickly. It isn't gonna be crazy problematic to the matchmaking. It used to be like that before. All it takes is one reset of 15 downwards and then next month onwards reset back to 10w/2pips from 1, like it was prior to the most recent change. That should fix things. As it is, skill level means nothing since low skill players are never gonna be at the Rank their exerience level equals.
