Billy change...

Billy is very potent at red ranks, and I think one simple change could make him a little more skillful to play, I was thinking maybe adding a new mechanic exclusively to billy, which instead of him breaking gens he will instead remove oil from them to regress them, which would then In return give him fuel for his chainsaw. sort of like a oni mechanic to charge his ability rather then just give it to him straight away.

its very annoying that he can just rev his chainsaw relatively fast after a failed hit, i’ve played many, many, many survivor games where billy will down us all with out trying because he will either camp or tunnel, this is red ranks btw and red rank killers! The Billy’s that don’t camp fair play but he’s still very potent.

This is coming from a rank 1 Billy main keep in mind, if you struggle playing against a killer, learn to play as that killer.

For me, Billy is one of the easiest killers to face just because I put time into him.

Additionally, against a good survivor on a decent loop, he becomes an M1 killer unless he's using insta saw (which if you do your truly a #########).

For me, him and Myers are the two completely balanced killers at the moment with both of them in no need for a change, except maybe add ons for billy.

I have put some time into him and he’s no struggle to play And get a 4K I’m purple rank killer red rank survivor, maybe it’s because I solo queue but billy always seems to destroy the team with ease.

I understand a fair few killers are underpowered, but billy and the doctor are very difficult to deal with, maybe even a tad overpowered in some circumstances, I have fun against every single killer apart billy and doc, I feel they don’t take as much skill as others to play.

a simple change to his mechanic to give him resource management would help make him less potent in solo queue.

I'd say try get to rank 1, play against swf and even help in a competition as a killer.

I was in the same position as you, I play 50/50 and I used to think Billy was completely overpowered, then I started to learn him, and after playing him for about a week straight and mastering him, I went back to survivor and now he's a breeze for me.

Like many killers, for him to be viable survivors have to make mistakes. Majority of the loops in the game force Billy to be an M1 killer, and although to me the main point of the chainsaw is mobility, it's still important that he has this to his kit.

To sum it up, he has great mobility, but in the chase it's not up to the Hillbilly if his chainsaw works. It's the survivor. And once I learned how to play as him at rank 1, I learned how to play against him at rank 1.

I definitely get where your coming from, I play a lot of ghost face a Michael and know exactly how to get round them, some for most killers bam bam was a struggle but just keep round corners from him unless they have god like flicks.

im rank 1-3 as survivor depends on what sort of killers I end up against since the event a lot of killers have been sweaty and shady with mori and killer adons aha.

maybe billy is just my weakness I do find doc a tad op with how is static charge passes multiple levels but I never struggle when I’m out of pallets and have to move tiles, billy however never fails to get me when I’m out of pallets and have to switch tiles he’ll always get me 😂

And I struggle alot against them too. Ghostface I can sometimes play well against depending on my build, but Myers always destroys me.

Loads of killers, especially Freddys, have been using moris and Noed lately (I try not to use them or keys) and they are so annoying when you've played a perfect game only to be held back.

Doc, Freddy and Spirit are my weaknesses. Hate Freddys so much, and they nearly always kill me.

Maybe me saying don't nerf Hillbilly is a bit bias (as I've got experience with him) so I'd like to see someones opinion with no experience with him.

Myers is probably one of my favourite killers to go against because of jump-scares, as long as you don’t let him stalk you he’s not to bad to go against.

ive not played Against many Freddys to be honest, but when I do I know I’m not getting out, he is someone I don’t enjoy more then billy but I rarely see him so it doesn’t frustrate me as much as billy boy, mori is very unbalanced probably more so then keys because at least with keys they have to complete 4 gens and most likely will kill two survivors by then, both are a little unbalanced though.

I actually really enjoy spirit but I’ve played an awful lot of her and know that fixated counters her pretty well Aswell as iron will, I’m 100% with you on doc and Freddy though I’m all seriousness they need changes before billy he only frustrates me because I see him literally every game! And I can’t seem to deal with him even on maps like spring wood he always seems to destroy my team.

he don’t need a nerf just a recourse management skill, giving him a fuel for his chainsaw which he can take from regressing gens, or charge very slowly over time would maybe fix the chainsaw spam/revving till they get the hit maybe I’m just tilted by Billy’s cause I only escape like 1/20 games against him.
