Also default outfits.

No because getting those outfits show you earned it so making it something you could buy or a default outfit would ruin the point that earning the outfits have

Making it an outfit just allows you to select all three pieces at one time. I think this is a misinterpretation of my request to mean to be able to purchase the prestiged cosmetics, which I am not.
