Flashlight saves
Has there been a update to flashlight saves? I’ve blinded the killer three different times while the killer had the survivor and it didn’t not let the survivor escape, I even got bloodpoints for “killer blinded”. Anyone know what’s going on?

No, there hasn't been an update to flashlight saves. The way it works is that you need to blind them during the end of the pick up animation, that's how you can get a flashlight save without coming across the issue you're describing. If you blind them during the animation, than it doesn't count as a flashlight save, it just counts as a flashlight blind.
Basically, you're just suffering from bad timing and that's about it. Look up some videos, practice the timings, you'll eventually get it.
